Frank Partners is currently hiring for the following positions at its headquarters in Berlin


Your tasks:

  • Independently manage research assignments involving scoping, budgeting, research allocation, reviewing and editing reports and communicating with clients
  • Manage teams of analysts and external consultants working on projects
  • Conduct and/or oversee in-depth and complex investigations in your areas and jurisdictions of expertise
  • Multi-task and prioritise between various cases and internal projects whilst meeting tight and demanding deadlines
  • Provide training and guidance to analysts in all aspects of research and report-writing process
  • Continue expanding FP's knowledge base and stay informed about new developments in compliance and implications for working in different jurisdictions
  • Support FP by maintaining good relationships with existing clients and by assisting in marketing initiatives
  • Show initiative and take responsibility in improving and growing FP's business and market presence

Your profile:

  • Fluency in English and ideally also German or a Nordic language
  • Competency in at least one other foreign language
  • Completed university degree (master's degree preferred) in Political and Social Sciences, Economics, Business, Law or Languages
  • 2-4 years industry experience in compliance, corporate investigations or due diligence
  • Confident manager with well-founded skills in research, analysis, report writing, editing and source enquiries
  • Sociable, open-minded and good communicator within the team and professional with clients
  • Proactive and highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative beyond the role
