To live up to our DE&I commitment, fp Frank Partners will:


Communicate our policy clearly

Ensure clear and transparent communication of our commitments and expectations through our DE&I policy and our Code of Conduct, where we make explicit our expectations of employee and external partner conduct and our zero-tolerance stance on discrimination, both internally and externally.

Promote inclusive recruitment practices

Design recruitment strategies to attract and retain a diverse and inclusive workforce, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.

Monitor gender representation

Actively monitor our workforce to ensure equitable representation of different genders at all levels within fp Frank Partners.

Address gender pay equity

Conduct regular reviews and address any unadjusted gender pay gaps to ensure equitable opportunities and compensation across all genders.

Train employees on DE&I topics

Provide training to employees on our Code of Conduct, upon joining, annually and in the event of significant revisions to our policies, and hold ad hoc training to build DE&I awareness within our workforce.

Provide safe channels for concerns

Ensure channels are available for employees and external partners to voice concerns and grievances. These channels will explicitly commit to the non-retaliation of complainants in any form.

Address discrimination and harassment

Prioritize addressing and handling all acts of discrimination, harassment, and bullying with appropriate and timely action.

Foster a supportive culture

Support employee resource groups and initiatives that promote inclusion and celebrate diversity.

Assess progress regularly

Establish measurable DE&I goals and assess our progress regularly to ensure continuous improvement in our efforts.

Consistent improvement and accountability

Ensure DE&I is at the heart of our business development from the top of our organisation: our CEO, with the engagement of all relevant stakeholders, will lead annual reviews of our DE&I policy, initiatives, metrics and goals.
